GENERAL POLICY
League City Fasteners, LLC ensures that all personnel having an effect on quality understand their direct responsibility regarding the quality system. Executive Management is ultimately responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality system.
MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATION
League City Fastener, LLC appoints the divisional Quality Manager (QM) as management's representative. The QM has the authority and responsibility to ensure that the quality management system is maintained and implemented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
President/CEO Is responsible for conducting executive level reviews, overseeing strategic planning, formulating quality policy, providing the resources necessary to maintain the system and supporting all levels of quality personnel.
Executive Vice-President/Operations Is responsible for supporting the actions of the CEO, conducting management review of the quality system, maintaining a business plan, coordinating continuous improvement activities and supporting all levels of quality personnel.
Regional Managers / Department Managers / Supervisors Are responsible for fulfilling their job descriptions and for complying with the procedures set forth in the quality system. They also ensure sufficient staffing, promote continuous quality improvement, train staff and support staff in executing these policies.
